The 2016 Toronto Fringe-hit performed in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (with Chinese and English surtitles), SILK BATH explores the existing contradiction in Western Media which deems Asians as “safe” for Western consumption, yet continually whitewashes Asian stories and roles.
